Launchpad Academy

Where students learn to walk into any room, speak with confidence, handle pressure, and belong.

Communication. Confidence. Emotional intelligence. The skills no report card measures.

What is Launchpad

Marks open the first door. What happens next is on you.

A degree gets your resume read. After that, an employer watches how you speak, how you carry yourself under pressure, and how you work with people you have just met. Launchpad Academy builds those abilities in students from Class 9 through post-graduation.

Launchpad is the student wing of MindCare Health, the behavioural-health practice of the 3rd Eye Knowledge Foundation led by Dr Raja Roy Choudhury. That parentage matters. Your child is not sitting in another exam-coaching batch. They learn from people trained in psychology and counselling, who treat employability and wellbeing as one project.

The gap we close

Qualified is not the same as ready.

Every year, sharp students clear hard exams and then freeze in the interview, go silent in the group discussion, or quit their first job inside six months. The marks were never the problem.

Daniel Goleman spent decades studying why brilliant people stall. His finding was blunt: past a certain point, technical skill stops setting high performers apart. What separates them is self-knowledge, composure, and the ability to read and move people. Launchpad teaches that before it costs a student an opportunity.

Our foundation

Built on the five competencies of emotional intelligence

We do not hand students slogans. Every module traces back to Goleman's five-competency model, the same framework used in leadership development across the world.

1

Self-Awareness

Notice a feeling as it happens and understand how it shapes your choices. Students learn to see themselves the way others see them, with an honest read on their strengths and their current limits.

2

Self-Management

Stay clear-headed when the stakes climb. Handle nerves, frustration and disappointment without letting them drive a decision you will regret an hour later.

3

Motivation

Turn your own goals into daily fuel. Take the initiative, keep moving through setbacks, and stay committed long after the excitement wears off.

4

Empathy

Sense what the person across the table is feeling and respond to it. This one skill sits underneath every good interview, presentation and team.

5

Relationship Management

Influence, persuade and inspire. Build trust fast and guide a group toward a result everyone can own. The foundation of teamwork and leadership.

Take the free EQ self-assessment

You cannot build a skill you have not measured. Every Launchpad journey opens with the Practical EQ self-assessment, a short questionnaire that scores a student across all five competencies. In ten minutes they see where they already lead and where to put their energy first.

Find a direction worth committing to, then build the habits that carry you there through the dull middle stretch.

Why MindCare Health

A soft-skills programme with a psychologist's spine

Plenty of academies teach students to fake confidence for forty-five minutes. Launchpad is different at the root.

It comes from a behavioural-health organisation, built on counselling, psychology and Goleman's research rather than borrowed motivational lines. The same team that runs MindCare's corporate wellbeing and student-and-parent programmes designs Launchpad. Students do not just perform better in an interview. They understand themselves, which is the change that lasts.

Give your student the head start marks can't buy.
